《 小而美:持续盈利的经营法则 》的书名翻译并不准确,原书名正如书中不断提及的,原名是“极简主义创业者”,这是一本实操性很强的指引手册。 作者萨希尔·拉文吉亚是一个有实操经验的创业者,他所创立的Gumroad经历了从盲目追求规模增长到持续盈利的蜕变。作者正是基于自身的创业过程梳理出了这本小书。 过去若干年,我们已经见惯了互联网公司的各种“起号”方式——找到一个赛道,拉融资,上规模,无限竞争,熬死对手或自己。承平时代,这一切不失为一场场波澜壮阔的商战,创业者通过资本杠杆的撬动改变我们的生活方式,但是一旦进入艰难光景,很多事情就会变得一地鸡毛,惨淡收场,ofo如是,滴滴如是,每日优鲜如是,“失败者”的名单可以无限拉长。这些失败带来的不光是一个个思路的溃败,对于投身其中的每个普通人来说,也是野望激情被快速扑灭,全部生活陷入巨大风险的过程。 因此,对于个人来说,用极简主义的方式去运营自己的一番事业就是对冲整体性风险的手段之一。尤其在抖快微红这些工具正盛的当下,人人都可以利用自己的专长和兴趣去获得一定的关注,从中获得改善生活的收益也是越发常见的事情。 建立一个极简主义企业,并不意味着不去争市场老大,而是要致力于建立一个可持续发展的企业,在服务更多人的同时有承担风险的灵活性,同时也助力其他人做同样的事情。而且,企业要能够(最好从一开始就)盈利,这也意味着你有能力专注于实现创业的初衷——帮助其他人。 企业本身不是目的,而是用来创造的工具,一种法律意义上的组织,仅此而已。最开始,我可能根本不需要一个企业,但是后来我所创造的东西需要一种合法的架构、一个团队、一种运营方式,所以我才需要成立一个企业。 那么什么是极简主义创业呢? 1. 盈利能力第一。极简主义创业者的目标是从第一天或者不久之后就开始盈利,因为利润是企业继续经营下去的根本。 极简主义创业者创建的企业,无论如何必须要赚钱。 2. 从社区着手。 极简主义创业者以社区为基础创业 。他们善于观察并培养真实的人际关系。他们花时间和精力去了解用户,建立信任关系,关注“产品-市场契合度”的市场部分,然后才开始创建企业。 3. 越少越好。 当真的开始创业时,极简主义创业者只创建他们需要创建的部分,剩下的交给自动化或者外包。 极简主义企业只做一件事情...

杭州德寿宫周末打卡

周六下午三点左右带一家老小去逛了德寿宫。 德寿宫的基本信息不介绍了,各种渠道很容易得到介绍,只说几个我觉得值得说的点: 1. 要先在微信公众号预约,我提前了3天。 2. 建议公共交通出行,那边几乎没法停车。 3. 一楼(对游客来说,感知上是负一楼)的展览展品众多,试图对高宗和孝宗时期临安的环境和形势做全景的呈现,挺详实的。 4. 遗址区4点时有3D影片播放,时长10分钟左右,主要讲德寿宫(重华宫)的演变,屏幕平平无奇,但是通过把激光打在遗址上标注原址位置,这个想法至少是用心的,我们一家都非常惊喜。 5. 较为粗线条地观展(指每个点位都走马观花看一遍),再拍点照片,大致要一个多小时。 6. 宫外红墙有一面正朝西,夕阳直射,穿过树影,影影绰绰,拍照的人很多,抢位要快准狠。 7. 一楼的文创店,有套印的印章,需花10元买专门的明信片,我第一次意识到这是一门好生意。

家人们,做自媒体全靠1000个铁粉撑呀!

2004年,《连线》杂志的主编Chris Anderson提出了”长尾理论”的概念,指出长期以来,人们聚焦头部畅销的20%的产品或服务,而总体量占80%的利基小众产品或者服务却无人问津,互联网改变了这一点,利基市场虽然冷门,但是因为体量巨大,盘活这部分市场累计的收益总和非常可观,Google、亚马逊、网飞均获益匪浅。 2008年,《连线》杂志的第一任主编凯文·凯利基于”长尾理论”提出了”1000个铁粉( 1000 true fans )”的说法。 铁粉(true fans,真正的粉丝)被定义为会购买你生产的任何东西的人。 长尾让巨头们从利基市场聚合了更多的用户,加强了话语权,单体创作者,不得不面临被更多压价的命运,很多人选择抱团取暖,但是,如果方向得当,满足前提,利基市场可以让创作者更多的回报。这个前提即寻找到1000名真正的粉丝。 设想一个保守的模型: 如果每个铁粉在你身上每年花费他们一天的工资,哪怕金额更少,只有每年100元,1000铁粉一年也能带来10万收入,对一般人来说,足够生活所需。 然而,真正的难点和最大的挑战在于,你必须设法与这1000个忠实粉丝维持直接的、密切的联系。 得益于各种SNS、个人网站产品(换到当下,国内的红绿快抖再加小破站),创作者有可能摆脱中间商的束缚,以小规模、快速、廉价,且简单的方式进行产品的复制和传播,而此过程并不需要大量粉丝的支持,依然可以获得收益。 通过与铁粉接触,还可能会收获更多外围的粉丝,进一步扩大受众群。 要摆脱长尾的负面效应,但畅销地位又遥不可及,这个畅销和长尾中间的折中点就可以让你维生,1000个真正的粉丝就是这个折中点。 1000是一个虚数,也并非难以达成。实际的所需粉丝数量可能会因行业或职业的不同而有所不同,关键是这些粉丝所愿意付出的金额必须可以覆盖相应的生产成本。 原文可搜索“1,000 True Fans”找到。 《 长尾理论 》是当时红遍全球的畅销书,国内经常提到的“高频打低频”方法论就是这种思路的延伸。 今天发这篇笔记的用意是给自己找一个信心支撑,告诉自己不用太多粉丝也有机会活下去。 愿每个做内容的都能吸引到自己的铁...

有朋友在即刻的评论里问有没有做自媒体的社群,从我刷即刻看到的情况来说,不少做课程的都是有微信群做交流的。 我自己买了两门小红书课,偏向不同,都比较有意义。 1. @乌素淖尔 老师的《 小红书冷启动SOP 》,偏向实操,用武功来比喻更倾向于外功招式。从0开始的话,可以规避掉不少意识不到的坑,可以从workflow中减少坚持的阻力。 2. @你荷 王老师的《 小红书运营手册 》,偏向思路的引导,可以算是心法,借助课程可以先把一些前置的事情先想想清楚。 两个课程相应的微信群也都很活跃,我自己来说,基本上碎片时间都耗在里面了,主打一个群友互助驱动。 另外,《小而美:持续盈利的经营法则》和《文案的自我修养》是我在读的书,也非常推荐。 利益声明:通过本帖的链接购买课程我会得到部分分成,但我保证肯定物超所值。

男,37岁,不打算只做一个读书号
